    Tiptronic fluid change

Hello, I have an 03 Jetta with the 5 speed tiptronic made by Jatco. After a bit of research I have fund out I need the fluid along the lines of ATF G 052 162 A2. Anyone know where to pick this up in the tri-city without me having to go to vw and paying 4X more than what it is worth?

    Cheers.

Had to swap solenoids on a buddy's 03 1.8t automatic a few months ago. Seeing as it's a $500 car, we didn't bother with the vw specific fluid and just used el cheapo mobil 1 as per this diy. http://forums.vwvortex.com/showthread.php?3748902

also didn't bother finding someone with vagcom, and just refilled with as much fluid as came out. It's been about 6 months and so far no issues to report.
Do this at your own risk, but I have no issues to report.
