i accidentally put DOT3 brake fluid in when i replaced my calipers, rotors and pads. is this okay? or did i f*ck up, and should drain it and replace it with DOT4 ASAP?

did the same thing with my Corrado when I was low on fluid and stuck in the middle of nowhere. Id say its fine for now, the only difference is the boiling temperature. DOT 3 will have a lower temp then DOT 4, so your fine for now but I wouldn’t leave it in there till your next flush. Ie for the next 2 years.
was it synthetic fluid?

yea, i just purchased a brake fluid bleeder off ebay, just waiting for it to arrive so i can flush and replace with DOT4
and yea, the DOT3 i used is Synthetic i believe.
