    cluster is blank

Hey, I was wondering if anyone could tell me what's wrong. My cluster is blank nothing shows unless I'm in stage 2 with the key. This all happened after I was taking my deck out nd a wire I didn't see sparked and then the cluster went blank. The deck turns on fine so not sure what fuse to check or what could be messed up. Its a 1999 mk3 golf vr6. Thanks

I found that my alarm didn't go on when i tried to lock my car to grab a bite to eat before i got into the work of finding what was wrong. so i decided ill check what fuse the alarm was using and it was popped so i replaced it and majically my cluster was working fine and everything was back to normal. lol
