Mk4 jetta lights starting to flicker?

I've started to notice that all my lights are starting to flicker.

I first noticed it on my dome light.. but now I can see it on my head lights and on my cluster. it is very random almost like a "brown out" where it goes dim for a split second then goes normal again. happens often now (approx once every minute)

Any thoughts on what this could be?

    thanks guys.

    this

Id check the grounds at the battery/alternator first. I believe there is a ground under the battery that usually corrodes
