    Coolant leak

Are their any common spots the 1.8t will leak coolant from? My car is leaking a lil bit I don't know exactly where but it's near the engine coolant temp sensor.... I jus noticed it today when the low coolant temp light came on.... When I opened the coolant resovior lid the coolant rose a bit to jus below the minimum line... So I jus added some water to it... Now I'm bout to drive bak to Cambridge from Toronto hope I dont have any problems on way bak... Any help is appreciated

It's probably the coolant flange. Its a plastic piece where the temp sensor taps in, notorious for cracking. $30 at the dealership.

you can bleed the coolant....you have to get the car HOT HOT till the t-stat open then that will BURP your system as the fluid starts to flow completely thru the cooling hoses...you will notice your overflow bottle empty
