your timing is 180 out, and you need a blue coolant temp sensor.
just a heads up, check resistance and continuity along the coilpack ground for AEG/AZG/AVH/DBW/etc.. 2.0L engines in mk4s... they're known to crack, corrode, and cause all kinds of issues.
